Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs & Information 

  1. Shipping costs depend on destination, order size, and carrier rates. The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  2. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates due to changes in carrier pricing, customs regulations, or other logistics factors.
  3. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  4. Any import duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
  5. Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout; however, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs, courier delays, or weather).
  6. Ownership and risk pass to you once the goods are delivered to the shipping address provided.

Delivery Time: Fulfilment + Shipping

Delivery time is made up of two parts: fulfilment time + shipping time.

  • Fulfilment time refers to how long it takes us to prepare your order for shipment — including production, packaging, and labelling.
  • Shipping time refers to how long it takes for the courier to deliver your order once it has been dispatched.

Fulfilment time depends on your order size:

Note: Fulfilment time begins once your order is confirmed and all required files (labels, artwork, branding materials) are received and approved. Delays in providing design files may extend fulfilment time.

Production & Customisation

All products are made to order and customised to your brand specifications. Production begins once your design and order details are approved.

We will confirm an estimated fulfilment and shipping date once all materials are received.

Returns & Damaged Goods

  1. As all products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect order details, or non-defective goods.
  2. Returns are only accepted if:
    • The goods are damaged during shipping,
    • The products are defective or not as described, or
    • The products do not match your confirmed order specifications.
  3. You must report any issues within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  4. To submit a claim, please contact us at info@meyoume.com, including:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the defective or damaged goods
    • Delivery date
  5. We will respond within 7 working days and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
  6. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Return of Damaged Goods 

If your return has been approved, please send the damaged goods to:

Please include your order number and confirmation of the return authorisation inside the parcel. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. 

Important Notes

  • Please double-check that your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs, public holidays, or courier issues.
  • If you resell our products to consumers, you are responsible for maintaining your own return and refund policy in line with local consumer protection laws.
